FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

  • All Red Baron aircraft are subject to maximum height and weight limits.
    • To fly in the open cockpit Pitts Special bi-plane passengers height must not exceed 190cm (6'4") and weight must not exceed 100kg (220lbs).
    • To fly in the Robin 2160 the passengers height must not exceed 198cm (6'6") and weight must not exceed 110kg (242lbs).
    • If a passenger's height or weight is over the limitation for the Pitts Special a Robin may be substituted for selected flights.
  • Passengers must be in good physical health. If you have a physical disability please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have the facilities you will require to access the aircraft and enjoy your flight.
  • Passengers under the age of 18 must have explicit parental consent.
  • Passengers are not permitted to carry anything, other than a camera, with them on the flight; loose objects dropped into the aircraft may jam the flight controls.
  • Camera must have a secure wrist strap. Compact cameras are preferred.
  • Passengers will not be permitted to fly if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This assessment is made at the pilot’s discretion and is not open for discussion. The pilot’s word is final.
