Please note: DVDs take 10-14 days to process after your flight experience and are sent by Australia Post.

Disclaimer: While Red Baron maintains every effort to produce a high quality DVD product for each flight, the physically stressful nature of the aircraft environment means Red Baron cannot guarantee a perfect product every time. Subjecting audiovisual equipment to sustained positive and negative G forces and extreme vibration may cause cables to vibrate loose or equipment to malfunction during the course of a flight. These issues cannot be rectified during the course of the flight, as the pilot’s priority is the safety and enjoyment of the passenger. Should the video system fail to perform to its optimum Red Baron will gladly negotiate a refund or other satisfactory resolution with the passenger.
